After Soldering Vga Port To The Motherboard,not Seems To Be Responding

Well my VGA soldered port on the console not seems to be working,maybe its the 11 pin soldered bad?

anyway here is a detailed video that i captured for it to be easier to explain:


If there is missing details just tell me ill add them.

it could be miswired somehow....see if you can find the proper diagram for the VGA cable

Well i used this guide:http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=522608 and it seems to be working to other.But now i took another VGA port re soldered and steel the same thing (undetectable) VGA Port.Then i took a volt meter and i checked the red output and his ground and it gives me 0.06-0.04V.So it works?.

I did this mod a while ago with that guide and did the twisted pairs as advised, it appears you have just done them straight?

hey guys,some one told me that i need to check with multi meter that theres actually some Ampers flowing around the wires,so what is the best way to do it?,it just hard to work without fans in the upwards side.

Checked with multimeter for short circuit,but no there is no short circuit (i checked three times),but still no respond.i guess the wires is just not set correctly,right?.or is it because i tried too much times (like 5) and it seems to be a little burned...

don't hijack threads either =/, watching your video you suggest it could be because the cable is not VGA TO VGA I would try on a spare monitor or CRT at least. You might just need to reset your VGA resolution using the controller..

sorry by doing that.
Now i got VGA to VGA cable and every thing set up,i got now a LCD monitor with VGA only.still not working,but the 3.5mm jack does work!!! grr.gif .i tried to restart the resolution on the other screen but i try on the LCD one. THANKS FOR THE REPLAY,and sorry that im so annoying i just wany it to work happy.gif .

No edit button here but i upload here a high resolution picture of my board,look at the legs of the video output they are a bit burned up.this is because i did it like 10 times(and burned couple wire isolators).
