I have an HDMI xbox 360 that gives no sound or video when it is turned on. The lights all turn on green like normal, their are no red lights whatsover. When I turn it on my TV says that their is nothing connected to that output. I did the Hybrid x clamp fix but still nothing. Any thoughts on what I should look for or is this box scrap? Thanks!

I was thinking of replacing the A/V port but I have never done that before. But I guess first time for everything. I haven't tried reflowing the ANA chip either how long should I heatgun it or do you suggest another method for the reflow?
