My hdmi socket is broken , several pins inside bent or broken (bad cable ?)
Had it mended for a while , straighten , glued etc , and it worked some time .
Is there a way to get a replacement socket ?
Or can the signal be tapped from the other video socked ?
Or can i solder wires on to the mother board connections , and what connections should i use then ?

In my opinion you should desolder the video out of the Xbox 360 itself (HDMI is sticked to it),and buy RROD HDMI Xbox 360 and solder the HDMI or the whole Video Out.
