Hello guys,
I want that my XBox boot automatically my native installation of XDSL I've already turned on that my Box starts the Default.xbe but then it doesn't start because the program asks what i want to boot (fatx, cd, hda2)
How can I turn this off???

It should time out and boot from Hdd..

But if you only want Linux on that machine, and have no plans to run xbox games/apps you should use a Cromwell bios (if you have a modchip or TSOP flashable xbox).

I've got an XBox v1.6 can I use an TSOP Flash and a Cromwell Bios?? And if yes can I use another HDD with the Dashboard and so on to play games??? I just want to be able to make the changes back. Oh and you're right it starts automatically!! Another question: Can I regulate the faŽns the box is just too loud??

Edit: I'm sorry, 2 minutes ago I've seen that it doesn't work that UnleashX boot the Linux.xbe. Can u help???

Nope, you can't Tsop flash a 1.6 xbox.
Maybe you can use the Phoenix Bios Loader to launch the Cromwell bios.
I don't know if that bios is Boot From Memory compatible.

There used to exist an xbe bootloader to boot linux from a dash as well.
I believe it was called xbeloader.xbe. It was used before the Cromwell bios came out.

The XBE version of Cromwell is called xromwell.xbe and is included in the ISO for xdsl. Timeout feature to boot to hdd seems to be a unique feature on Gentoox Loader which is derived from Cromwell. I used it in my LUD boot disc.

And how can I bring the linux.xbe which starts my loader and the XDSL to start when unleashx dashboard is loaded??
