Hello there...

I've searched a little bit all over the internet but I haven't found any straight answer so...

I've sent my xbox to microsoft for repair because it gave me E74s and other likewise problems (3rrod etc) and i was bored of fixing it all over every second week or so...

So i checked that my warranty was extended and sent my console to microsoft

A friend of mine (with also a broken modded xbox) sent his (arcade) console and got back a brand new (premium) one.

So.. my question is... will they send me a new or a fixed console or will I get my old broken xbox back (because its modded)???

ps. the warranty sticker is still on (just not in the original way of course tongue.gif) and i have applied the x-clamp replacement and also the 12volt fan fix many times all over this year (that my xbox was broken)

To mod a console you have to open it.

Opening a console voids the warranty.
You do not have a warranty to get the console repaired under.

If you want to commit fraud feel free to do so but expect your unit back with the shipping bill along with it.

Occasionally you might find a worked that doesn't care enough to examine a system but I'm feeling that you're going to get your broken system back. Its one thing with just a flashed system but something that has clearly been modded won't fly.

Fraud isn't cool so you better quit committing it before you end up in trouble.

As mentioned, this is warranty fraud and illegal. Use your time off to read the site rules.
