Neogenesis V25 - Mortal Kombat Ii 32x Glitches

I use Neogenesis V25 to run Mortal Kombat II 32x. Unfortunately the game is very glitchy; gfx flicker, weird stuff with "locked up" animation, muffled voices - just to name a few errors.
I've tried different setting; wihtout any filters, without any "core enhancements", with and without overclock. But no luck. Is this because of the emu, or am I doing something wrong?

Anyhow, I play the arcade, SNES and PSone version now. Was really just curious to be able to compare it properly to the 32x version.. It's supposed to be better than the Snes version.

I've always seen the same glitches (CPU moving without animating is the main one) when trying it in PC-based emulators...I attributed them to the game itself
No sir. Thats the emulators not the game!
