Liteon Dg-16d2s, Help?

Okay, so opened my xbox up, found it is a Dg-16d2s which is a 83850c?

so what is the required method/kit for this one?

Thanks.

its dated march 09 also so guessing V1?

Pogo mo thoin is by far the easiest way to do a liteon IMO

But if he has a 83850c V1 he can do it without even needing any extra hardware other than a SATA port.

i am trying to fix a lite on at the moment aswell. how do i find out whether it is the v1 or v2?

From the manufacture date on the top of the drive. Earlier than August should be V1.

Or hook it up to the computer and hit Log83info in Jungleflasher under the DVDKey32 tab. JF will return an error if it is a v2.
