Xbox Image Browser v2.9 Build: 0350
Posted by XanTium | October 28 06:26 EST | News Category: Xbox360

Redline99 released a new version of Xbox Image Browser - an application that allows extraction/browsing of xbox xdvdfs iso's.

What's new/fixed:
* Added - Added folder preselection to Save As browse dialog
* Added - Command line parsing to open an iso from explorer (Open With command)

NOTE: Xbox Image Browser is intended to only work with iso files. Reading directly from a dvd disc is supported by the Image Browser embedded in Xbox Backup Creator.

Yes it does, now I wonder if we will ever be able to put in our own images into an iso.

Correct me if im wrong, but wouldnt you need a jtag/rgh box to be able to run edited games? or does that only apply to edited xex's? I cant remember but im pretty damn sure I replaced a bik video with another bik and it worked unless I am thinking of my old xbox 1 with evox.

it seems you guys may have the wrong end of the stick, this program doesnt really do anything more then previous iso explorers, just updated to read xgd3 images i believe, there has been quite a few mods/hacks using patched iso's seem to remeber seeing a gta iv one a while back but , yeah jtag or RGH will be much more sensible for trying to mod games as you dont need to worry about signed xex files but i suppose a ODD emu would be good for testing flashed drive game mods (which are pretty few and far between), but just to clarify this isnt really designed for viewing textures and stuff, ithe word image refers to an iso file biggrin.gif
