Hi guys,

I'm in the process of doing my first jtag to dump the nand of a zephyr, I've follwed the wiring diagrams from instructionables.com to dump the nand before I purchase the components for the rgh, but before I bought everything I wanted to make sure this was going to work (unless of bugger things up) ... I've just dumped the nand via lpt twice and both times it has had errors reading only block 3DE .... is this going to have implications when writing back to the nand?

Cheers everyone

not at all, 3DE is at the endmost of the nand and it's used to remap bad block that are crucial that are from the begining of the nand and on... can't tell you exactly where it stops.

So, just use xeBuild to make your JTAG nand and it will automaticly build your nand with the remapped blocks and make sure you flash it using RawFlash v4 with XellReloaded on your nand.

Find the tutorials for these taks if you aren't sure of what to do.
