Hey Guys! smile.gif

The dvd drive in my xbox 360 (DG-16D2S Philips & Lite-on) has stopped working.
And so i experimentally replaced it with one from a broken xbox 360 (TS-H943 Toshiba Samsung)
When i powerd it up i tested it with a dvd, which to my amazment it played. I Then inserted a game and it continued to say "Play DVD" and once clicked just loads the xbox 360 logo.

After looking online it seems that i need to alter the "dvd key" so the drive and motherboard are paired?

But im having difficulty finding any information on these 2 particular drives, mainley the philips.

Im just wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
