As the title states, I would just like someone to confirm that there STILL is no possible way to use an original Xbox controller on the 360. Correct?

The reason I ask is because I found a cable online that appears to be a quick disconnect cable replacement for an Xbox controller. Same length/color as a the standard pigtail but instead of having the end that plugs into the Xbox console, it has a male USB connector, effectively allowing an Xbox controller to be connected to a PC.

So you see, I wanted to make sure that the only potential use for this pigtail is in fact connecting an Xbox controller to PC, and only a PC.

Thanx guys.

Yeah, those breakaway cables are for PC use. If it was possible to swap controllers like this, then it would be possible to use the 360 controller on the original Xbox as well.
