Lite-On 1175 DG-16D5S LT+ v3.0 Coming Soon
Posted by GaryOPA | August 19 11:20 EST | News Category: Xbox360

New TX Unlocked PCB Needed

'c4eva' and 'Team Xecuter' have issued an statement on their upcoming plans for the currently 'uncrackable' Lite-On 1175 Xbox 360 drive.

Xbox-Scene

The Xecuter Lite-On 1175 DG-16D5S Unlocked Replacement PCB will soon be in full production and will be released in conjunction with c4eva's iXtreme LT+ v3.0 for Lite-On 1175 DG-16D5S which will move into the team testing stage shortly. Details concerning key dumping and the necessary processes and/or hardware will be announced at a later time, but c4eva himself has revealed that it will NOT require RGH.

So it seems once this new board is available from TX, 'c4eva' will release the firmware for the Lite-On 1175, as the SPI is also locked on the DG-16D5S in addition to new firmware encryption used on v1175, so the new replacement PCB will allow the user to freely update drive at will with no problems.

like clockwork. It's one hell of a business model though. build up enough hype for yourself and it won't matter who does the work.

Yay more over priced copies of microsofts dvd boards, then we will see slightly cheaper copies of xecuters copies that work just as well, and then there will be the free option released by some Russian hackers. The cycle continues.....

Here we go again, the same old clueless idiots using this as a team bashing exercise,
Its always been stated 1175 has been ready for months awaiting a noob friendly way of getting
ofw without rgh,and an alternative method to write to the drive.
To assume the work xKey team has done suddenly made this possible is comical.
Lets just be glad progress has been made and thanks to the teams involved.

Good work guys (especially C4eva!!)

I wish they would just put-out the xtraction method, I have boxes here with 1175 that are on 15574, that I/we want to ODDemu.

Also I really hope the standard unlock methods are available for professionals smile.gif

Im guessing we'll see unlock PCB shortages again, even for a pro they present a nicer/neater option than kamakazi.

Thanx again C4eva & everyone else working on the new drives love.gif

Brgds!!

Why would anyone do this hack when you could do the RGH, which is better and probably cheaper?
