Has anyone ever over clocked the xbox, i mean if you had a normal modded xbox with lets say x2 lite in it, and you put it in a pc case and fit in like 5 fans (with a different powersuply or sumthin) and you put in the best thermal compund and got new heat sinks, could you overclock the 733mhz processor to somthing more maybe alot more?

Overclocking the Xbox processor is NOT POSSIBLE (at this time).....although there were rumors that somebody found out how-to-do-it, he never came up with tutorial or explanation.
You see it is not as easy to do as in PC....whole different hardware setup and such.

Well, it is true in PC videocards, they are overclocable. But here the Xbox architecture might be similar to PC's, it will be very difficult to find a way to overclock something.

It is trully possible to overclock the xbox by breaking the clock crystal inside it but if you break it every thing be speed not only processor.

I'd say when you dont have something intelligent to say,do'nt say a word. sleeping.gif
