If i have a xecuter installed and a reg hd. Do I have to do anything in order for the new update to work. I have a switch on the xbox and i play with the chip off.

i saw the pinned topic and everyone one was talking about the evox dashboard. Now i am not sure what really happens when the switch is off versus when the switch is on in terms of bios. I just installed the chip and that was it. So if you could help then it would be appreciated.

If you have replaced the Dashboard with Evolution-X you need to follow my directions.

If your system boots (with the mod chip installed and on) to the original MS Dashboard you don't have to do anything.

XBLive will work with your Mod chip and the XBLive update will run fine.

The problem only surfaces when you replace the default dashboard.

This was covered by my posts numerous times.
