You can't post Windows on your web site, but you CAN post wallpapers and colorthemes to your hearts content!

Are you sure? Evox skins are public domain and don't contain any M$ code, so they're legal. However, if you made M$ copyrighted images available for download you might have a problem. I'm no lawyer, but that's my opinion...

1) The evox skin contains a copywrited image that is used without consent from the origional author.
2) The creator of the evox skin does not release it into public domain, and instead has decided to charge/copywrite it for some reason (like origional image or something).
I doubt any lawsuits would be placed even if you happen to [unknowingly] done one of the above, but rather you would just be asked to remove the file.
