i have this screen that comes up and it says "System isn't functioning right Please call support service" it comes up right when i start it, and it has a 16 in the upper left, which means something is the matter with my dashboard, so it doesn't load games, i can't get on the FTP to give it a new dashboard, i have a matrix and im using e-Vox 1.458 as my dashboard software, what do i do?? how can i get a new dashboard if it doesn't read dvd's?

Boot from a Evox bootable CD-RW - you may have to try several brands before you get a copy that works...
