I dislike the paint job but the rest of your work is amazing and looks great. BTW, in the 3rd picture is that a poster of the powerpuff girls I see?

Thanks for the feedback. I had already hacked up my hard drive caddy and cut away the metal grill so that the 80mm fan could fit on the inside but I didn't like my Xbox temps with just this 80mm fan. So, I moved the 80mm to the outside and put back the stock fan inside. Now my Xbox is cool as a cucumber. As for the poster in the background, it a movie poster of "Slayers - Return" (Japanese Animation). biggrin.gif

Ya, I can't paint worth a damn. Although, the blue paint looks very light in the pics but it is really alot darker/richer in person. Almost navy blue in color. biggrin.gif

does make it a little bulky in my opinion - just looks like it may fall off. otherwise an excellent mod

what high temps are you talking about?

Thanx explicitlyrics100 ....the fan is secured by two bottom screws and it will not fall off unless you pry it off. As for the temps, with the 80mm inside the Xbox, my temps were MB 122F CPU 112F. Of course my average ambient temp is at 81F. With the Stock fan at 12V it was MB 115F CPU 106F. Now with the stock + booster its MB 105F CPU 96F. When I actually have my A/C on at 75F the temps drop to MD 98F CPU 89F. Guess I could have left the 80mm in the case but I'm just crazy like that and I kidda like it on the outside. smile.gif
