its easy to install i know, but there is so many little things people ask, that are faults with the chip...

like:

working on v.1.1
the two little switches that you can barely see
pinching the programmer..
stripping screws
unallignmnet
3 beeps then on and off
errors 13, 05, 16 and so on,

and stupid little easy questions that are either a yes or no answer... y
ou know there are people out there who don't know shit about the matrix and all of those things i listed above, so i'm making this site down to the last little DETAIL so people don't ask stupid details that xbox-scene's tutorials don't include...

that's why they ask the little questions.. the tutorials don't have little details they just cover the main point which doesn't always work unless you got the little things correct

When it works... You'll have the same problems I do with GEOCITIES... to many hits per hours... then no-one sees anything for awhile...

With this XBOX related stuff.. it's easy to rack up the hits... I'd recommend finding a host for the SITE. I'm still waiting on a few guys to provide mirrors / hosting.
