November 6th, 2004 Update
Today, it seems that the banning system that MS has implemented has been changed. The current rumor is that MS is banning both the Xbox EEPROM and the XBox HD when Live is accessed with enabled modchip on Xbox Live.

This topic will be updated when more helpful information is released. For now, best to read the newest topics.
