So if someone posts it in a thread here at xbox-scene, that does not make it inherently safe to run.

Welcome SHANAFAN, HEINRICH, and BRAHM2 as HEAD MODS. They've worked hard.. and deserve the position. I'm sure they'll work even harder still.

Good news for all of the head mods.. soon we'll be ready to move the site over to the new soft. When we do.. your HEAD MOD accounts will have access to TEMP BAN/MUTE Privs. Eg. 0-300 hours/days.

This should give you guys the responsiveness you need to maintain the forums during our absence. (me, xan, syrus.)

The new soft is still being tested.. and we like what we see. To the average user.. the differences will be transparent. (almost)

OK, people, I've said all this before, so I'll make it very short. Several people have been banned from this board recently. They were TOLERATED for entirely too long.

If you cannot accept that, please PM HSDEMONZ directly to be banned, rather than waste our time with pissy little complaint posts (I'm pionting at you, Hulk, erm, Plehem12). It really is a shame that some have been caught up in this mess, but crossing the line is crossing the line.

Moderators and admins are the FINAL AUTHORITY. Whiners and criers can check their angst at the door when visiting, because your antics are not welcome here.

POST COUNT was disabled MONTHS ago in non-technical forums. This includes General, Comments/Complaints, Comedy, BST. It was disabled to cut back on spamming, post count races, and has generally worked well so far.

All threads in the future regarding this much-discussed topic will probably be trashed or merged into a big junky thread (linked for ease of mod merging).
