Im still a nub at all this and have never modded an xbox b4. Will this new Xenium chip have a solderless adapter/installation like the chameleon because that would be a lot easier. If it is solderless i will probably get it but if not i might get the chameleon solderless from eb2k.

can anyone help me with this??

I believe that they are going to have this feature. It will be a better chip than the chameleon and is worth the wait.

I have actually tryin been trying to get 3 chips from eb2000 for the past 2 weeks. I ordered 3 because it said FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Let me tell you, that is complete bullshit. My order is still processing 3 weeks later!!! It is absolutely obsurd and i will be canceling my order as soon as i can get ahold of them over the phone because every rep is always busy when i call and can never actually get one on the phone. I have waited up to a half hour. EASYBUY IS NOT EASY AT ALL AND JUST CAUSES HEADACHES!!! So anyway, i suggest waiting for the new OZXODUS chip to come out.

The ozXodus website hints at a solderless adapter for the Xenium.

The solderless adapter will be a little more time in coming, but even the soldered version seems to make several nice shortcuts (like the power port for the 1.5 and the D0 port). If you want solderless, it WILL be worth waiting for with this chip.

Yes it should work assuming M$ dont change the X-box PCB and if Xodus have kept the D0 in the same position on the pinheader (cant see why they wouldnt).
