Yeah..it was a project my father and I did...you walk right through our front door, and BAM..its like..to your right and forward..all up in your grill.
Basically, it consists of:
-a huge mirror w/ frame purchased from walmart
-some paint/stain/whatever its called
-4 12in blue cathodes
-6 4in blue cathodes
-9 bowl dealys
Basically, we took the mirror out of the frame..and mounted the mirror to the wall. Then we mounted these small pieces of wood around the mirror. We then built a tic-tac-toe looking thing out of wood, stained it, mounted the frame [from the mirror] onto it, and mounted that whole dealy to the previously mentioned small pieces of wood "in front" of the mirror
As my father was working on the wood parts and such, I was doing the lighting...Rigging up all those cathodes was pretty intense.
The rest is history!
Ain't it cute
