Hi

Just replaced the chip with a new one because the old one died.
Problem is that i cant choose some of the menu options, and they are written with red letters.
If i boot on bank0 it reboots 3 times then red/green fashing, but with bank1 it boots fine
but with these red letters in the menu.
Can play games from dvd but when i choose hdd nothing shows up.
I have resoldered two times but same result.
Also tried with a hdd from another modded xbox, still the same result.
Its a xbox 1.6 with blue duox2 gs.
Hope you can help me

the red text usually means your folder structure does not match the one expected..
(the dash board is looking for the app in e:\apps\filename) and the program is in (e:\apps\diferent filename)

Not saying this is definatly the issue,...
But most of the time it is.

hang around though maybe some people have more info for you regarding bios's
