hey everybody... so I too have given up on clonecd. i installed imgburn and I have now offically destroyed two perfectly good dvd+r dl's. (memorex) I am also using a memorex dl burner external usb. everytime it gets to 50% it stops progressing! Nothing happens. then I get this error and the faliure is due to... "Reason: Invalid Address For Write someone please help

FYI i wasted a 15 pack of memorex trying to get games to burn, so it might just be bad media...

Post the log for everyone to see and someone will help..

Similar to my problem in the past, this was due to the need for updated burner drive firmware and speed of burning.
My burner would allow 2.4x to be burned on a disk that only allows 4x minimum, this caused a prob.
Also interface may also be a problem, USB is kinda slow, IDE is the next best thing but personally my SATA never fails me unless it is the media/image.
So far only 1 coaster from my SATA burner, I'm convinced it was the image though
