hey everyone im new to the forum, ive softmodded a few boxes so i know a little im trying to upgrade my hdd i got a wd20eads sata from an external drive i opened up, ive got a V1.0 box softmodded with SID 4.5 n-knave edition running xbmc 2.0, i dont have a pc only a laptop with window 7, ive been scouring tutorials and forums for weeks now trying to figure this out for my situation and am just completly lost with all the partial explinations for different circumstances i have no idea what i need to do i dont want to ruin my box or drive, i already ordered a couple ide/sata adapters, ive seen people have done this with this drive in hoping someone whos done this could help with a run down not just partial answer, please help im pulling my hair out over here
