Ok the problems started 4 weeks ago when the xbox frooze soon after i started a game, the graphics was usually messed up before the screen turned red( usually) Then soon after i got some nice red lights when starting up, culdn`t even reach the menu. I cant turn in my xbox as i already had opened it up earlyer to flash the bios on the DVD. So i started opening the box again and took of the GPU HS and romoved the old goop (The old did look good btw) and applyed some new AS5. After that i booted up without the case and everythink worked good, so i assembeled the whole box and tryed but soon after booting up a game it froze again... So it looks i have a heat problem, but its a bit strange because the fans are working and my xbox couldnt be warmer now that before.
Anyone have any suggestions that i can try

Thanks
Espen

Look around the forums here at the X-clamp replacement mod, give that a try.

110 usually is an open trace under the GPU. Of course a memory trace. Reflow the GPU

A rework station is used to reflow the solder ball that under the GPU chip, the profile (the procedure) duplicate the time and temperatures that was used in the reflow oven when the PCB was manufactured. Heat is applied to the bottom and top of the chip, the amount of time that the heat is applied varies depending on the type and density of the BGA package.

BGA rework combine with the xclamp removal those work!
