hi my question is that i would like to know how to change the xbox m$ dashboard to something else that i like.

get a modchip, then start reading the evox, ava, unleashx, mxm, etc dashboard forums on how to install them etc. Start with the pinned topics and read the tutorials section on this site.

ya i have a modd chip with evox +3935 on my harddrive mixed with a m7EF.

you cant do much with a normal xbox dash except change some skins and colors.. look at UIX forum also look at dash2gam and neodashx.. they are xbox dashboard modification..
