I'm using the Chameloen Chip and I'm having trouble. There are 4 banks 0f 256K availible or 1 bank of 1024. Do I need to user the 1024 variety of BIOS or can I leave Cromwel on the others banks and just use a 256K BIOs in Bank 0. Keep in mind this is a XBOX 1.0.

yes you can do that.

You can just flash bank 0 with the bios of your choice and leave the other ones with cromwell or whatever. No need to make a 1meg bios. A one meg bios is just the 256k bios 4 times anyway.

I use a cromwell, and 3 other bioses, with slightly different mods to them...Or just use all the same 256k ones, then if ya get a bad flash all ya need to do is hit the dip switches and boot from a different bank...Then fix the fucked bank...
