Hold My Hand Plz. Need To Update Dash On Jtag., Can you link me to a current tutorial please Options

Would someone please be kind enough to point me in the right direction for a tutorial to update my JTAG to 15574 dash. There is a lot of old info in the search results and I don't want to mess this up

I didn't do the JTAG myself I had a friend do it for me. Specs on the box if it matters.

Don't know the name of the MB. First year model, no hdmi. Originally came with a ms25.
Currently on FSD 2.0.
The person who did it said I need to update Dashlaunch.
In system settings it says dash 2.0.12625.0
K 2.0.12625.0 (BK:2.0.1888.0)

So far I've been able to back up my NAND with flash360 1.0. I'm working on getting a cpu key. Having issues with getting xell to come up. Gonna try to plug directly into tv. Currently going thru an A/V Receiver.
