360 version: v1 (xenon)
friend dismantles xbox (removes hdd & doesn't backup eeprom)

sells xbox to myself.

v1.0 xbox with x2 lite chip new hdd(unlocked)


What are my options to find the eeprom and fix this problem

If I understand you correctly, you already have a modchip installed? Unless I'm missing something, that means you shouldn't need to lock the drive.

Use an autoinstaller like Slayers or AID to rebuild the dash files (original ones). Re-lock the drive in the box.
Error 16 is missing or corrupt clock.xip files and is a dashboard error that doesn't allow the clock setting.
Error 5 is unlocked HDD but does not occur unless booting the retail bios
