Yeah, i'm having the same problem.

I suppose this may or may not fall under the lines of you're post but....

I think this may have caused me to get stuck in the middle of the thieves guild storyline.
You see, I had just completed the quest for the Arrow of Extravication or whatever, and he
promoted me to master, I got the achievement, aaaaaand nothing else happend... I have fenced over 4K
gold worth of items to the fence in Anvil Castle, but when I tried fencing to Fathis Ulen he did not have
the Barter option. Needless to say, this had made me very.... VERY angry grr.gif Seeing as i spent all morning trying to get my last needed achievements for me to be done with Oblivion, but this impecable
glitch has halted my efforts.

If anybody could help me- or the poster of this thread for that matter -please do so with upmost haste, seeing as my Gamerscore is on the table biggrin.gif
