A website me and a friend are making. Set to open somewhere from july 5th - july 10th, will be a website index. Here are some of the features it will have:

Member System (member panel and more)
Inbox
Topsites (Updated weekly)
Message Boards
Fully customizable userpage
Blog
Userpage Profile & Stats
LogBook (kind of like guestbook)
and more that are still to be worked on

So if you have a website needing advertisement, wait a little longer and you will be able to submit your site to the index!
