Well, i'm sure some of you remember my clear case. I was getting bored of the clear one and decided to order one of the blue ones. It took me about a day to get all the stuff cut on the case again to transfer it over. I almost put some UV CC's in there, but in the pics they look like the old blues ones i use to have in the clear one. The only thing i dont like is that the case doesnt glow as raidently as i expected, so i'm going to order some blue UV paint from xoxide.com and spray the inside of the case. I'm also going to shove 4 more 4' UV CC's in there. Also, one thing i'm very pleased with is the X3 Pro Switch.....BECAUSE I GOT IT FOR 8 BUCKS SHIPPED!!! When i ordered my blue case, i thought "i'm going to need another switch to stick on this case" so i ordered one of the 5 dollar replacement switchs from system-modes.com and it seems they made a mistake at the factory becuse when i got the package there was a pro switch in there! biggrin.gif that made my day. Well, i really wanted to use the pro switch, and i still wanted to keep the 12' CC i had as underglow on the bottom......soooooo.....i took the light out of the arcylic case and put it inside the case as you can see in one of the pictures. Kind of like the tut that guy made with two 4' CC's, but with a 12' one. Oh, also this is just a little mode, but i didnt like how they changed the led color for the hdd activity from blue to red, so i desoldered the red led on the pro switch, and put in a blue one, you can see it in some of these pics. Also, here is my moded clear blue controller. There is 13 blue leds in there, also, you can see the little button i added underneith that is wired to the A button so i dont have to take my thumb off the right thumbstick to jump while playing Halo 2 on LIVE! smile.gif Well, heres my new case and controller, hope you guys like.

Thanks for the comments guys. How i got the 12' CC to fit inside was first i took the light out of the case. And i noticed that i had to cut this part of the front panel where the clips are that hold the eject pcb in so the light would not crack when i put the panel on. Heres a pic of the cut on the clear case i had, i dont feel like taking apart my blue case:

its hard to see because my cam would not focus on the clear part. But If you look carefully youlll see that you have to cut those two little prongs in half, and cut down that little piece of plastic that has the clips to hold the eject pcb. How i did it was i put the buttons in and everything, then the pcb, and looked where the pcb went on the piece of plastic when it is normally in, then i made a line and cut everything off behind that line. And to hold the pcb in i just use a little bit of hot glue. I hope this makes since. I'm not good at making tuts, i'm just good and doing it.
