ok i have a 1.4 motherboard out of a halo edition that has the tsop ripped off, will this board boot from a modchip still? the pads are heavily damaged and if i dont have to repair it to make it boot again id prefer not to lol

you can boot from the Lpc wihout a tsop..
but that does not mean the damage already caused is enough to stop it booting..

but yeah you dont need a tsop chip on the board to boot from a lpc chip.
