Erm, What error message do you get if you try play games with bad SS's or no stealth as I burnt a copy of my PES6, I dont remeber if it had stealth and a copy of my Halo 2. The halo 2 is a Single Layer and shouldnt boot, which it doesnt but it still says I have Halo 2 disk in, when u click to play it it gives me an error:

Original Xbox Game has encountered a problem............................

X: 5805.0 B: 1884.0

is this the new system to stop them from playing?

The error code is built into your system. The firmware doesn't produce the code, the emulation software does, I believe. You'd probably get the same code if you tried to play a stealth backup Xbox 1 game in a non-flashed system.

Naw if you put a stealth backup in itll play the video partition bit, or just fail with one of those 'mixed media' messages or something. That message is just... tried to load the game, but security checks failed.

Basically it has to load the default executable to check its flags, so as to know if it is allowed to run off dvdr. When it finds it isnt, it errors.

Buy yeah, do that with a non stealthed disc on a non modded system and itll give you the exact same error smile.gif
