I am looking at gettting a Premodded Xbox 360 Slim console fitted with RGH, LT+Max, and Dual-nand. So in theory this should allow me to play offline in RGH mode so i can play backups and emulators and also then go online to play my purchased retail games safely?

I am an achievement whore, so would it also be possible to have just my main xbox live profile on this modded console, play backup games in offline mode, and then switch the dual nand to online mode and get my achievements uploaded onto my profile safely?

What actually causes people to get banned for xbl when using a flashed drive, is it the copied games or just the fact that the drive has been flashed, so would i be able to play a retail game online safety even though i have a flashed drive?

thanks for any help

Probably safest for a Dual NAND unit not to have LT+ on it because that can be detected when connected to LIVE. Also, make sure whoever you buy your unit from that the KV on your hacked dash is different from that of your stock NAND.

Additionally, have a different hard drive for each mode, just to be safe.
