I wonder if Sega Genesis emulator DGen (Xbox) is capable of PAL 60 Hz like SNES emu, so that I could also play NTSC games on PAL Xbox at the correct framerate.

So, does this emu support PAL 60 Hz like SNES emu?

dunno but just get the enigma video selector and you should be able to play all PAL or NTSC content simply by reseting the EEPROM (?) settings when playing pal or ntsc games
