I can't boot the MS dash because I upgraded the hard drive on the xbox to one that will not seem to lock. I need to set the system clock and date, but I can't figure out how to do that. I found a way to update it through NTP, but the xbox has no persistant network connection at this time. I can't seem to find any software that allows me to reset the date. Any help would be much appreciated.

Evox will let you boot the M$ dash regardless if the drive is locked or not. There should be a menu option to access it.
