hi, does anyone know if xbox 360 games can be burned onto any other type of media (like dvd+r) rather then dvd+r dl as long as the game will fit onto the other type of media. because i have Full Auto NTSC and it is only like 2-3 GB and can easily fit onto a dvd+r

NO. You must use a DL disc as the security sector is on the second layer. This has been asked many times and probably could have been answered by searching..

The SS (security sector) is on the first layer just after the "video partition" and just before the
"game partition".

The problem with the 360 is the "LAYERBREAK", it is set at 1913760, which is under the size
of the first layer of 4.7gb, leaving part of the first layer empty, and the rest of the game on
the second layer.

For a 360 game to work on a single-layer disc, it would have to have less than 1913760
sectors when burning in CloneCD.

Load the "full-auto" .dvd file into CloneCD and before pressing the "burn" program CloneCD
should display total number of sectors just above the loaded layerbreak value on the right.

From my calcs having a value of 1913760 means the ISO file could not be larger than
3,919,380,480 bytes or 3,827,520 kilobytes or 3.65gb before it would all fit on a "single-layer"
DVD.

Have you actually done this???? There are plenty of Xbox games that would meet this critera and as far as I know you can use DVD+R period.
