very possible

if you have never cut with a dremel before do some practice cuts on some cardboard so you can get a feel for it

how is practicing on cardboard going to help him get the feel for cutting plastic? huh.gif

This thread is going to get someone hurt... or at least give people very bad advise. dry.gif

Soldering Iron... STEAK KNIFE blink.gif ... come on people!

stick to a dremel tool... it's the most versatile and easy to use seeing as you can change bits to suit the type of cut you're making.

lol my dremel broke so i used a hack saw. i did it realy quickly untill i couldnt go ny deaper with it so i had to take the blade off on the handle and just do it myself. i ended up with deep cuts and scrapes on my whole palm. it is good though cuz the lines are straight cuz its hard to "zig-zag" w/ a hacksaw
