i dont think they have any more control over this then they do with ANY other DVD movie being played on the 360 including other porn. the only reason that this is "only for the 360" is because the 360 is the only platform that has a regular DVD drive but still diplays HD material, if there were a DVD player that played in HD then im sure it would also work on that.

They're using MS offical logo though, you can't simply start slapping those on your product without the other side agreeing.

they are using the MS logo because the 360 is the only platform that can play the movie. MS may have to agree to let them use the 360 logo but in the end doesnt have any control if they release the movie or not.
