so i bought the xbox wireless adapter but i cant get it to connect on my dashboard or xbmc but when im on the M$ dash it will connect not sure if this is a hardware thing or software but i wasnt sure ware to post this question

so i bought the xbox wireless adapter but i cant get it to connect on my dashboard or xbmc but when im on the M$ dash it will connect not sure if this is a hardware thing or software but i wasnt sure ware to post this question

with my wierless adapter i have to set it up by connecting it via pc to my usb. (if it works with ms dash then it should not need to be set up, but may need to be to utilize the internet)
when its set up how i want i can either manualy set my xbox's ip address in unleash x >network setup> Static ip.
or i can set it to DHCP

Just check the MS DASH Settings (ip adresses) and then copy them in to your unleash x static address or xbmc.
or alternatavly set them to dhcp depending on your setup.

It will be ip address settings.
