Hi guys! I've got a brand new 360 250gb, I used it online the other day (using 1 month free xbox live) watching some youtube vids. I tried going online tonight and can't even connect to the net, let alone Xbox Live.

Can anyone tell me what my Error Status Report mean? sad.gif

From what I can find online the MTU settings in your router are incorrect. I would suggest rebooting your router and seeing if that solves the problem.

Thanks for that Aldanga, I've rebooted everything; but no luck.

What happens when you run a connection test?

I can't get an internet connection what so ever. Yet I can with my lappy down stairs.

If you run the connection test in the network settings on the console, it should tell you what the problem is.

When I do a connection test, I get a message saying there's a problem with my connection (which there isn't) and I should turn everything off for 30 secs and try again.

I've also been through the five steps on the Xbox.com website. unsure.gif
