Hiya guys, just need a point in the right direction on how i go about to replace my Hitachi 47 drive with a spare BenQ that i've got.Hitachi is currently running LT+2.0 and the BenQ is a stock firmware.
My console is Jtagged and i know it's possible to change to a different drive instead of doing the old spoofing method.
Is there an easy enough tuturial to follow on how i can swap my drives over ?
Thanks indeed
:)

It would be better for him to get the same model drive. Since updates might be a problem in the future for him. Get another hitachi drive and just swap the drive boards.

I don't want to spoof the BenQ drive as the original Hitachi one though,as spoofing ANY 360 drive now is classed as useless as the newer games wont run on a spoofed drive.
I beleive there is a method of using a program called 360 Flash Tool that will patch my Hitachi's key then carry out an update flash of my Jtag (i used Coolshrimps Jtag Tool to carry out the Jtag flashing) but somethings wrong with the latest version as there webiste is down at the moment and it keeps throwing up a white error page every time i launch C/Shrimps Jtag Tool.Dead weird i thought lol
