It looks OK. I mean, surely a game to attract the masses, like Oblivion was.
Don't really want another Oblivion-tier game at all (shallow rpg, imo), so I'm not all that interested.

I dont think this will be as shallow as Oblivion, the videos i've seen so far look very very dynamic... And they've been tryign to develop some sort of conversation technology that adds a significant amount of emotion and control to every conversation you get into... I dont know if u've seen the gameplay video or not, but check it out... this game is gonna be anything but shallow.
