Sliders Options

Where can I find some slider sets for the xbox 360 version of this game to set it to be as realistic as possible? I'm actually trying to do this kinda like ppl had sliders for nfl 2k5 (even though I know it's not nearly that good) but I want a really realistic setting so it'll be more fun to play when either playin another human or the cpu (usually play another human though)
