I have created a boxer, trained and began my career. Well anytime I start beating the guy pretty good..the ref stops it...no Knock downs, KO's..anything. What give's? Do I just Suck?..lol

Well it depends, do you record the fight as a win or a loss? Look at your record after the fight to find out. When the ref stops the fight it counts as a knockout. So if you were beating the comp you probly got the win and the knockout.

No called faghts is one of the bigger features that are missing from FNR2, you could turn it off and watch them get to where you couldn't see their eyes anymore after the 10th round. That alone added tons of replay value, and i miss it very much, that and TKO's.

The ref stops the fight because the other fighter isn't defending himself.
My guess is that you're using the jab too much.
Try giving him more big hooks and uppercuts, combined with haymakers to the gut and head every now and then.
Shouldn't be a problem to knock him the hell out then biggrin.gif

Currently I'm have 24 Wins with 23 KO's. Out of the 23 KO the second fight was called cause I cut the guy pretty bad on his right eye. You have to hit the guy with a variety of moves in order to have him exhaust his energy and eventually knock him down. Go to the body more then once he's starts blocking his body go to the head. Also Hit him with hooks with the same right or left then switch your stand the following round this will throw off your opponent making him think that you are hokking with one hand and actually get surprised with the other.

about 3 days to get 100% achievements.. no replay value though in my opinion... i think you will be more than satisfied with a rental.

edit: given, that when i first got it i thought it was AWESOME and played it about 6-8 hours my first sitting, then another 6 the next day, and the third day i forced myself to fight the last 5 or so matches just to get my achievement.

I went 74-0 with 74 knockouts on normal in 2 days. Thats beyond 100% completion. On hard i am only 28-5 with 18 KO's
