Hi, just a quick question! I have messed up my crystal xbox mobo which is a version 1.5. I am able to get hold of a version 1.4 mobo but was wondering whether this will be ok swapping a version 1.5 with version 1.4? Would there be any complications with this? I will be installing my own hard drive and will use the original dvd rom drive which is thompson make.

I appreciate your help and advice in advance,

shouldnt be any problems as long as you have a copy of C and E off an original hdd.
