Hi

Basically, I have an old Xbox laying around which I got and repaired cheaply. I have it as a spare, you know, just incase my main console breaks mad.gif Its completely standard with a Samsung drive. I've thinking I may start using it upstairs when the main TV is busy, I'm sure most married men know the score! laugh.gif jester.gif

It'll be used to play my backups online. As I said it has a Samsung drive. I do have a iHAS DVD drive too so what are the chances of getting the console banned?

Sorry for the questions, I've been out of the game for a few years now and couldnt find a good direct answer searching.

Thanks

There hasn't been a ban wave in a long time (at least 18 months). Wether that is due to the firmware or Microsoft chosing not to do them, no one really knows. We are told by C4Eva (designs the firmware), that as long as you use the latest firmware you should be safe on Live.

Getting banned is the same as is always been? You never know when it's going to happen just expect it. Also check this out.
