Hello there been wanting to watch some script's-"Hometheater ect, on XBMC but there asking me to update XBMC is there any way i can update it on the XBOX or does it have to be removed and a later one installed.

yeah you can update through the xbox by using the xbmc svn installer which is in every build after a certain version so if you don't have it just update then you should be able to update with it. Its under program plugins.
